Hello Ladies and Gents!
I am back to blogging after spending two weeks with my family grieving for my Brother who I lost sadly to a horrific car accident on the 13th Sept - I am still grieving and I will miss him greatly, but I know in my heart of hearts, he'd hate for me to sit around moping and crying for him which is what I have been doing of late. He'd laugh at me and say, 'get on with our kid, divint cry ova me!' He was my big brother and my only one at that, I will always keep his memory alive and talk about him to Poppy too, so she knows the Uncle she had so briefly loved her lots!
Now - I have some good news for you all. As of the 9th October Stampin' for the Weekend will be live again, so spread the word! We will have more fun challenges for you and the team and I will be eager to see what you all come up with !
Donna is still very much unwell at the moment and unable to craft at all due to dizzy spells. Hopefully she will be back with us soon. She has made a few cards for the upcoming challenges in advance so you may yet see her work, however, she may not have a post for it.
On behalf of the Stampin' Teamies and myself, we will see you all on the 9th of October!!
So sorry to hear about your tragic loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Kimmi -
ReplyDeleteI'm so sorry to hear about your brother - it's so difficult to lose someone you love. Your memories will get you through!
Take care,
Janet
I just want to extend my condolences to you and your family. Unfortunatley I know the pain you are going thru. My only two kids were killed in a car accident at the ages of 3 & 5. It doesn't get easier but you begin to learn how to cope with it. Everyday is a struggle but somehow you will find the strength to keep moving. I say that it is my kids that give me the strength everyday to get up and hopefully your brother will do the same. I found ALOT of comfort in scrapbooking. It gave me something to do and took alot of time to do it. SO I hope that you continue on with what you are doing..spreading joy to so many people!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Lisa
